Please explain the pricing of these units.
In building Carbon12, we invested more than the basics. Price influences includes:
Location: valuable, urban land that offers convenient access to all parts of the city
Construction technology: By using cross-laminated timber (CLT), we’ve minimized impact on the environment and neighborhood. CLT is a stronger and more insulative material that’s sustainable and renewable.
Unique: Carbon12 isn’t just another box of condos, especially when you consider the features included: seismic alarm technology, mechanical parking system, solar-ready roof, spacious patios for each unit and an elevator that opens right into your residence.
